Co-Investment
Bull Development is an investor in every opportunity, meaning that we align our interests to our investors by allocating our own capital. Our investment level starts at a minimum of 15 percent to the full investment amount.

Patient Long Term Capital
Bull Development is a family run business. Our focus is not on short term returns although we will take advantage of all opportunities. Our investment time horizon is 7 to 10 years. Most investments are made to be held in the company for over 20 years. This outlook allows us to pick markets and trends without the worry of short term market fluctuation.
