There has been limited investment into the area, but Irvington has the advantage of being surrounded by 4 of Baltimore's best neighborhoods. Located by Sinai Hospital. In close proximity to a new last mile logistics center development. The lot also has access to main transit line and Interstate 95. UMBC is the biggest university that is within close proximity. Bull Development acquired 1 lot for a total of 1.89 acres. Currently the site is zoned R-6. Through community and city support, Bull Development has to engage with the community and have had a chance to build great relationships and partnerships for projects that can be complimentary this development.
